Oeke Hoogendijk’s Het Nieuwe Rijksmuseum - De Film [The New Rijksmuseum - The Film], following the decade-long renovation of one of the world’s most distinguished museums, will be screened at SALT Beyoğlu as part of Thursday Cinema. While narrating the story of a 400-year-old building undergoing an immense overhaul, the film also portrays disputes, obstacles and frustrations during this extensive task along with insight into Dutch cultural politics. The screening with Turkish and English subtitles will take place in the Walk-in Cinema at 19.00.

The Universe Flickers exhibition tour (in Turkish) will start at 20.00 in the Forum. Taking on the idea of reconfiguration of history and future, the exhibition includes new works by Anna Boghiguian, Rana Hamadeh, Navine G. Khan-Dossos, and Merve Ünsal that tackle the unknowable and the inadequate image we have of the present.

On Long Thursday, the exhibition, the serving Kitchen, and Robinson Crusoe 389 bookstore at SALT Beyoğlu, as well as SALT Galata building will be open until 22.00.
