With visuals from the 1934 film Tarzan and His Mate, this film tells the story of a young boy raised by jungle animals after his family was attacked by locals while on holiday in Africa. Adventure strikes when years later explorers Tekin, Kamil, Necla and Aziz arrive in Africa in search of a treasure and encounter Tarzan in the jungle. With national Olympic athlete Tamer Balcı (Toma Valcis, a.k.a. TOMO) as Tarzan, the film is recognized as iconic amongst cult Turkish cinema.

Organized in parallel to the exhibition One and the Many at SALT Galata, the program is free. Reservations are not accepted.
