Graduating from Boğaziçi University’s Department of Political Science and International Relations, Yamaç Okur is one of the founders of Altyazı film magazine, published since 2001. Since 2003, he has served as the director of the Mithat Alam
Film Center, and in 2006, he founded Bulut Film with Nadir Öperli. After producing his first film, Seyfi Teoman’s first feature film Tatil Kitabı (2007), Okur produced Bahtı Kara (Dir. Theron Patterson), and co-produced İki Dil Bir Bavul (Dir: Orhan Eskiköy & Özgür Doğan) and Bizim Büyük Çaresizliğimiz (Dir. Seyfi Teoman). Okur is a board member of SE-YAP (Professional Association of Film Producers) and an advisor of the Meetings on the Bridge Co-Production Platform at the İstanbul Film Festival.

The talk will be held in Turkish.
