High school students are invited to participate in a series of workshops titled “The Sound of Movement” organized within the scope of the exhibition Hassan Khan. Focusing on movement, sound, time and body, the series of workshops are organized by SALT Interpretation in collaboration with the Elim Sende Association.

The workshops at SALT Beyoğlu aim to examine the relationship between sound and movement through the transformation of daily activities and ordinary situations into artistic expression. At the end of the workshops, which explore the ways in which body can be used as a device for expression, how coordination can be achieved among movement, sound and time, and how ideas, emotions and general concepts can be expressed through music, students will come up with their own performances. The participating students will also gain an understanding of the process of Hassan Khan’s artistic creation by experiencing interdisciplinary methods during the workshops.
