A workshop with Simone Forti and Jeremiah Day that explores improvisation with movement and words while working with subject matter.
Sessions will focus on scores and structured improvisation, with both group and solo work, centered around working with movement and speech simultaneously. We will take up Forti’s concept of “Body, Mind, World” and its attempts at investigation and engagement with the broader world, to experiment with strategies for developing research and content.
20 participants will be accepted for the workshop. Participants are welcome to register online.
