Salt Galata
Located on Bankalar Street in Karaköy, Salt Galata building was designed by French-Levantine architect Alexandre Vallauri to house the headquarters of the Imperial Ottoman Bank (1892-1999). Having undergone a series of structural modifications over time, the building began serving as Salt Galata in November 2011, following the repurposing work that revealed its original architectural character.
